Renting only from Saturday to Saturday (if needed, modifications are possible in concertation with the letter). Domestic animals: EUR 5,-- per animal per night. All prices are per week including VAT excluding local municipality fee. Price modifications are possible. After booking, an advance payment about 20 % of the full price has to be done. The residual amount has to be transferred to our account two weeks before beginning of the stay at the latest.
